Delivered a data driven analysis of voting trends and voter profiles for a national political campaign. Combined geospatial, demographic, and historical election data to provide actionable insights for targeting and strategic messaging.

A national political campaign required detailed insights into voting patterns, demographic trends, and local issues to guide its outreach and messaging. Existing data was fragmented across multiple sources, making it challenging to form a coherent, evidence based strategy. The objective was to consolidate and analyse this data to identify key swing areas and tailor campaign efforts for maximum impact.

I led the design of a data analysis framework that combined historical election results, demographic profiles, voter registration data, and geospatial boundaries. Using Python, SQL, and visualisation tools, I developed interactive dashboards and heatmaps to highlight voting trends, turnout variations, and potential areas of voter engagement. The analysis also segmented the electorate into key profiles, helping campaign teams adapt their messages to specific communities.

The insights were delivered in a format optimised for both on the ground field teams and senior strategists, enabling rapid decision making during the campaign period. Scenario modelling allowed the team to explore how changes in turnout or voter sentiment could shift electoral outcomes, providing a valuable edge in resource allocation.

The targeted approach improved message resonance, increased voter engagement in key constituencies, and contributed to a measurable improvement in campaign performance compared to previous election cycles.
